Act 2 Scene 1
Option C:
The quote that I liked the most from this section is this,"What's in a name? that which we call a rose; By any other name would smell as sweet." It shows how Juliet is thinking, and that a name is just a name, and if the person is just a nice person you should just give them a shot to get to know them. Basically Juliet is saying that if Romeo, was named as something else he would still be a sweet thing, and a name shouldn't make you judge someone. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

I agree with Juliet's thinking, I think it's unfair that she can't get to know someone just because of his family name.
ReplyDeleteI also liked this quote. It encapsulates her thoughts and actions because she doesn't care about any bonds that seperate her from her love.
