Act 1 Scene 5: Challenge to Authority

In Act 1 Scene 5, it seems like Lord Capulet's relationship with Tybalt is a little strained. This is shown when Tybalt sees Romeo at the party. Tybalt wants to kill Romeo, but Capulet completely denies him. Tybalt gets angry, and Capulet then also gets angry. This shows that they might not like each other very much since they get angry so easily. Tybalt also seems to be someone who doesn't bend to authority very easily, as he repeatedly denies Capulet's requests to stop before eventually giving in.
