Prompt E:
Even though they are cousins, the relationship between Benvolio and Romeo seems a very brotherly one where each person comforts the other. When Benvolio learns that Romeo was in his room crying, he immediately goes to find out why. When Romeo asks "Dost thou not laugh?", it seems like he is expecting to be ridiculed for his troubles and that Benvolio just wouldn't care. However his response shows otherwise, "No coz, I rather weep." Benvolio is showing sympathy to Romeo because he know just how hard of a time he is going through. A simple cousin wouldn't go and try to comfort a person, but because they have a better relationship, he does go to comfort his cousin.
