Prompt A:
The Montague serving-men and the Capulet serving-men are constantly hurling insults at each other and engaging each other in sword fights. They cannot solve their problems because they cannot forgive each other for whatever the others may have done to them. In Babylon 5, two major races (Centauri, Narn) are constantly yelling at each other and doing everything they can to hurt the other side. They cannot forgive each other for past problems and want revenge for something that was a long time ago. They believe they will keep hating each other forever because of the past.
Londo (Centauri): What reasonable explanation is there be for the slaughter of unarmed civilians?
G'Kar (Narn): Curious, we wondered the same thing when you invaded our world. The wheel turns, does it not, Ambassador?

Act 1, Scene 1, Classroom Fights
Classroom Fights
The way that the Montagues and Capulets start a fight reminds me of the way two children might start to fight. The Montagues and Capulets bring in others from their family and friends to help with the fight, just how two kids might get their friends to back them up. Eventually, the prince/the teacher has to intervene to get the fighting to stop. The prince/teacher is threatening to punish, except in Romeo and Juliet, he´s threatening them with death. Eventually the fight stops.
Act 1 Scene 1 Romeo's Sorrow
Prompt C:
"Love is a smoke made with the fume of sighs; Being purged, a fire sparkling in a lover's eyes; Being vexed, a sea nourished with loving tears. What is it else? A madness most discreet, a choking gall and a preserving sweet"(23)Act I Sc I. This line explains how he feels about love, and how it is very contradictory. Love is really sweet, but also suffocating, it is a mixture of many different feelings. It could even be the twinkle in a lover's eyes. It also shows the way that Romeo feels about love, he hates love but its too sweet to hate that he also loves it.
